Summary
Software engineer, founder/operator, and program leader with senior-level ownership across 8+ years driving complex technical programs at Equitable. I lead cross-functional teams through enterprise platform migrations, coordinate across engineering, business, and vendor stakeholders, and build systems that make execution predictable. At Hack Upstate, I helped turn Careers in Code into a funded developer-training program by managing operations, partnerships, grant-backed delivery, and a cross-functional team across 6 cohorts.
